Tally Atlas ("we", "us") sells premade city activity checklist posters at tallyatlas.com. These terms cover your use of the site and any order you place. By ordering, you agree to them.

What you're buying
A poster — digital, printed, or printed and framed — showing a checklist of activity ideas for a city you choose. The activity list is generated from our own catalogue and is fixed for each city.
Some ideas name real places. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any business, venue, park, museum or attraction named on a poster, and no name is used to suggest otherwise — each one is there only to describe an idea.
Ideas are suggestions, not recommendations we stand behind. Places close, move, change hands and change their hours. We don't verify that any particular activity is available, open, safe, or suitable for you on any given day, and a poster may name somewhere that no longer exists by the time it reaches your wall. Use your own judgment.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time, though changes never affect an order already placed. We may cancel and refund an order if it was listed at an obviously incorrect price, if we can't fulfil it, or if we suspect fraud.
Because every poster is made to order, please review your city and format on the preview before paying. See our Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong.
Delivery
Production and shipping estimates are in our Shipping Policy. They're estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for carrier delays or customs holds outside our control.
Digital products
Digital PDF posters are licensed to you for personal use: print them for yourself, hang them, give them as a gift. You may not resell them, redistribute the file, or use the artwork commercially.
Our content
The poster designs, artwork, activity catalogue and site content are ours and are protected by copyright. Buying a poster doesn't transfer ownership of the design.
Your responsibilities
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access parts of it you're not authorised to reach.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, a poster arriving after an occasion it was intended for. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights you have where you live. Where those rights conflict with these terms, your statutory rights win.
Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, including the analytics and advertising tools we use.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Florida.
