Advertising and analytics
We use Meta (Facebook) advertising tools to understand how people find and use our store, and to measure whether our ads work.
Meta Pixel. Our site loads a small piece of Meta code that records events such as viewing a page, viewing a product, and starting checkout. It records which poster format you looked at and its price — not your name or payment details.
Conversions API. When an order is completed, our server sends Meta a record of the purchase, including the order value and which product was bought. So Meta can match the sale to an ad, we also send your email address and phone number in hashed form — converted by a one-way SHA-256 function before it leaves our systems. Meta receives the hash, never the plain address or number, and we don't send your name, shipping address or payment details.
Why. To measure advertising accurately and to stop showing ads to people who've already bought.
Legal basis (EEA/UK). Consent, where required. You can withdraw consent at any time using the controls below without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Adjust what Meta shows you at facebook.com/adpreferences
- Opt out of interest-based advertising at youradchoices.com or youronlinechoices.eu
- Use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker
- Email us at arnauddg27@gmail.com to request access to, or deletion of, the data we hold
Retention. Meta retains event data under its own policies. We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting and support.
Meta acts as an independent controller for data shared through these tools. See Meta's Data Policy for how they use it.
