Made to order
Every Tally Atlas poster is printed to order for the city and format you choose. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we can't accept returns for a change of mind, or because the wrong city or format was selected at checkout. Please double-check your city and size on the preview before paying.
When we reprint or replace — free of charge
We'll send a replacement at no cost if:
- Your poster arrives damaged or the packaging was crushed in transit
- The wrong size, format or city was printed
- The printed artwork materially differs from the poster you previewed
- Text is clipped, blurred or unreadable because of our printing
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
When we refund
If a replacement can't reasonably fix the problem — for example the item is out of production, or a reprint would arrive too late for the occasion — we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Digital PDF orders
Digital files are delivered immediately and can't be returned once downloaded. If your file is corrupted, won't open, or shows the wrong city, contact us and we'll fix or refund it.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the carrier marks your parcel delivered but it hasn't arrived, get in touch. We'll investigate with the carrier and reprint or refund.
How to reach us
Email arnauddg27@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if it arrived damaged
- A short description of what went wrong
We reply within 2 business days. You don't need to return a damaged poster — a photo is enough.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter production, usually within a few hours of ordering. Once printing starts we can't cancel, but the reprint and refund terms above still apply.
